We will make every reasonable effort to deliver flowers at the requested time and date. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Delivery may be affected by various factors including but not limited to: traffic conditions, weather, accessibility of the delivery address, and recipient availability. For same-day deliveries, orders must be placed before the cut-off time specified on our website. Additional fees may apply for expedited delivery, specific delivery time frames, or deliveries to remote areas.
All prices are listed in the currency indicated on our website and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to verify payment information and to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, payment disputes, or address verification problems.
Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly. Once an order has been processed or is in transit, cancellation may not be possible.
